Hi, I'm Pham Minh An, a software developer based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I focus on Flutter mobile development and .NET Core backend development , with hands-on experience building applications for enterprise and government use cases.

I enjoy turning business requirements into practical software, from mobile UI to API integration and database optimization. I am currently growing toward a Junior–Mid Software Engineer role with strong interest in scalable systems, clean architecture, and product-focused development.
